General conditions of sale

To validate your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay, payable online via our reservation system.
The remaining balance will be requested upon arrival.

• Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival.
• Cleaning at your expense or cleaning package at €60 (to be selected if booking online)
• The keys are handed over from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the first day of rental. Call us or send us an email
  IMPERATIVELY to inform us of your arrival time.
• Departure must be before 10 a.m. on the last day. In the event of departure after this, an additional night will be charged. If you
  leave very early, please inform reception and make the departure arrangements the evening before. The deposit will be returned by
  mail.
• Sheets and bath towels are provided. For a stay of several weeks, the bathroom linen will be changed.
• IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, the deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation occurs 40 days before the start date of the stay,
  and it must be reported by registered letter.
• Pets are not accepted.
